Stainless steel single-head electric heating tube

The heating tube is made of stainless steel, with spiral electrothermal alloy wires evenly distributed along the central axis of the tube. The gaps are filled and compacted with magnesia sand with good insulation and thermal conductivity. The nozzle is sealed with liquid glue or silica gel or ceramic glue (moisture-proof design can be made in humid environment), and the connecting wires are made of pure nickel (copper) and high-temperature wear-resistant wires. This metal electric heating element can heat air, metal molds and various liquids.
